ZDP950 is diethylphosphinate zinc (Zinc Diethylphosphinate) flame retardants, but also a new

Application :
The new efficient halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardants ZDP950 its
characteristics: high phosphorus content , halogen-free , good compatibility with the polymer ,
particularly soluble in polyester system, the physical and mechanical properties of polyester little
impact processing flow is good . Especially suitable for polyester film , flame retardant modified
polyester fibers. Especially suitable for flame retardant fabric and PET film PET system .
Compatibility with the matrix resin is good .

ZDP950 is a thermoplastic and synthetic fiber used in flame retardants . Having a significant
flame retardant effect , especially flame retardant polyester . He applied for injection molding
and fiber. Applied to the PET , which is added about 5 to 10% . When adding 5 % of the limiting
oxygen index of flame retardant material (LOI) can reach more than 30%. Applied PBT Zhong,
10 to 15 percent of ZDP950 with 10 to 15 % of the nitrogen -based flame retardants such as
melamine polyphosphate , melamine, cyanuric acid mix , enabling the material to reach
UL94V-0 grade ( 1.6 and 0.8mm thickness ) . In PET , a small amount of flame retardant
UL94V-0 grade can be achieved .

The amount of flame retardants , depending on the polymerization degree of the polymeric
material , the processing conditions and the addition of glass fiber reinforced differ . ZDP950
temperature is at above 200 ℃ to melt , and is miscible with the polyester melt .
